Ms. Tang joined SAP Chief Digital Officer team as Senior Research Expert. She has 20 years of experience in the IT market research and consulting area. Prior to joining SAP, she was a research director at Gartner Research, where she covers the IT services market in China. Key areas of research for Ms. Tang include business models, go-to-market strategies, key trends and vendors. She is responsible for sizing and forecasting this market and understanding the key accelerators and inhibitors. She served over thousands of clients based on her research area, and she worked for Gartner over 13 years. She also worked in RHK focusing on market analysis of the telecom infrastructure market in the Asia/Pacific. Before that, Ms. Tang was a senior analyst and project manager in China Research Cooperation (CRC). Here, she was responsible for multiclient and syndicated market surveys based on IT fields throughout Greater China.
